All payments made on RestaurantsForms.com for download plans and subscription fees are final and non-refundable.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

RestaurantsForms.com provides full, free browsing and viewing access to the entire Restaurant Forms Library before any purchase is required. Every visitor can preview all available resources — including forms, templates, checklists, guides, and SOPs — prior to purchasing a download plan. Because customers have the opportunity to fully evaluate the content before committing to a purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once download access has been granted.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to browse and preview all available resources and that you agree to waive your right to a refund once access has been activated.

Digital Products

All resources on RestaurantsForms.com are digital products delivered electronically in Microsoft Word (.docx) format. Due to the instant nature of digital access, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations can be processed after a download plan has been activated or a file has been accessed.

Exceptions

While all sales are generally final, RestaurantsForms.com may, at its sole discretion, review refund requests in the following circumstances:

Duplicate charges resulting from a payment processing error
Verified technical failures that prevented access from being granted after payment was confirmed

PayPal Payments

All payments are processed through PayPal. Any payment disputes or chargebacks initiated through PayPal that are not covered by the exceptions above may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account.

Library Changes

The Restaurant Forms Library may be updated, expanded, reorganized, or modified at any time. The availability of specific resources may change over time. Refunds will not be issued due to changes in library content during an active plan period.
