After purchasing an access plan:

What happens when my membership expires?
When your access plan expires:
• You will no longer be able to download new resources

You can renew your membership at any time to regain full access.
Requesting New Resources
Can I request new templates or guides?
Yes!
If you cannot find a resource you need, you can submit a resource request through our website.
Requested resources are added to our development queue and created in the order they are received.
Annual and Lifetime members may receive priority handling for requests.
How will I know when my requested resource is available?
When submitting a request, simply include your email address.
We will notify you when your requested resource is uploaded and available for download.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal for secure online payments.
How long are download links valid?
Download links for individual purchases remain active for 30 days.
We recommend saving your files immediately after downloading.
