GENERAL

What is Restaurantforms.com?

Restaurantforms.com is a platform providing practical digital resources designed specifically for restaurant owners, managers, consultants, and trainers. We offer a freely browsable library of downloadable forms, templates, SOPs, checklists, and training guides, as well as free interactive online tools to help streamline daily restaurant operations.

Is the library free to browse?

Yes. The entire Restaurant Forms Library is open and free to browse and preview for all visitors — no account or payment required. A download plan is only needed when you want to download resources.

DOWNLOAD PLANS

What is a Download Plan?

A Download Plan gives you unlimited download access to all available resources in the Restaurant Forms Library for the duration of your selected plan period. Plans are available on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis.

How do I download the resource I want?

After purchasing a plan, log in to your account. On the specific resource page, a download button will appear that will download the resource directly to your device.  All resources will be accessible for download throughout your active plan period.

What happens when my plan expires?

Once your plan expires, you will no longer be able to download new resources, and the download button will be disabled on every resource page. Any files you have already downloaded remain yours to keep. You can renew at any time to regain full download access.

Does my plan automatically renew?

No - This is a once-off payment plan for a specific time period. You will have to buy a 7-day, one-month, or one-year plan again.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal only, for all download plans.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final and non-refundable. Because the full library is available to browse and preview before purchase, customers can evaluate all resources before committing to a plan. Once download access has been granted, refunds are not available. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us within 7 days, and we will do our best to resolve it.

What if I receive a corrupted or incorrect file?

Contact us at info@restaurantsforms.com within 7 days, and we will provide a replacement or assistance.

USING THE RESOURCES

What format are the resources in?

All downloadable resources are provided in Microsoft Word (.docx) format so you can fully edit and customize them for your restaurant.

Can I modify the templates?

Yes. You are encouraged to edit, brand, and adapt all materials to suit your specific operation.

Can I use the resources across multiple locations I own?

Yes. If you own or manage multiple locations, you may use the materials across your own business operations.

Can I share resources with other restaurants or businesses?

No. All resources are licensed for use within your own restaurant or organization only. Redistribution, reselling, or sharing with other businesses is strictly prohibited.

The tools are provided for convenience and operational guidance only. Outputs should be used as a starting point and verified before being relied upon for business decisions. RestaurantsForms.com does not guarantee the accuracy of tool-generated results.

RESOURCE REQUESTS

Can I request a resource that is not in the library?

 

Yes. If you cannot find what you need, submit a request through our Resource Request page. Include your email address, and we will notify you if your requested resource becomes available. Requests are reviewed in the order received, and fulfilment is not guaranteed.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

Does Restaurantsforms.com have a referral program?

Yes. You can earn a 10% commission in USD for every successful referral. Generate your unique referral code, share it with others, and earn commission the day after each confirmed purchase made using your code.

Commissions are paid via PayPal. You are responsible for declaring any applicable taxes on earnings.

TECHNICAL & SUPPORT

What browsers and devices are supported?

The website works on all modern browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge, and is fully mobile responsive on smartphones and tablets.

Will I receive marketing emails?

Only if you opt in during account creation or checkout. We send no more than one to two emails per month, covering new resources, platform updates, and restaurant management tips.
